 FAQs

  • Typically, we like to keep each cohort to a max of 12 - 14 people. In our experience, this is the optimum number to allow for everyone to engage during the live sessions, and to create generative discussion

  • This is for anyone in a leadership position, that could be the C-Suite, and management team, or it could be a typical people manager with two direct reports. Everyone is welcome to join, and we can tailor the content according to the seniority of the cohort.

  • We have success metrics that we run after each workshop, to take learnings and feedback from the participants. We also run anonymous feedback mechanisms throughout the duration of a SALT engagement to track efficacy of the package. We are also able to tie SALT to your annual goals and personal development plans, if this fits.

  • Not currently at this stage, however we are working on an accredited offering that would provide attendees with a certification upon completion.
